The website forms are now closed for this coming week, but please contact the Administrator by Friday 7th if you want to attend

For details of our current service plan go to the 'Service Plan' link.

There are several ways you can use to apply for a place at a service.

Applications open on Tuesday morning and close on Thursday evening (or earlier if a service is fully booked)

1.  Use the forms in the 'Apply for a place' folder.   There is one form per service per week.   If a form is not present this means the service is fully booked.   We would prefer you to use this way of applying.

2.  Contact our Administrator by e-mail at or phone her on 07919 097449.   The details needed by e-mail or phone are the same as on the website form.

We are only able to take applications for one week at a time.   Each form is for one person only.   If you wish to attend a service with another member of your household a separate form needs to be submitted for them.   You can select choices should the service you want to attend becomes fully booked.   We are also required to obtain your decision [yes or no] about passing on your contact details under the NHS Test and Trace system.

Timetable for applying for a place

We ask that the following timetable is observed.

Bookings will be accepted from Tuesday morning for the following Sunday and weekday services.

Bookings will close on Thursday evening – or earlier if the service is fully booked.

For those with access to the website

Booking forms will be available on the website from Tuesday morning each week in the 'Apply for a place' folder

We prefer those with access to the website to use this method.

For those without access to the website

Telephone or e-mail applications will be accepted from Tuesday mornings.

Please contact Michelle Potter, our administrator on

07919 097449 or

You may also wish to discuss with a friend or a member of your family if they could make an application via the website on your behalf.

An application will not necessarily ensure that you have a place.

Notifying you

We will notify you on Friday afternoon or evening if you have secured a place at your chosen service, or whether an alternative is offered.

Notification will primarily be by e-mail (or by ‘phone for those without e-mail access).

We ask that if you find you are unable to keep the place booked for you that you let us know as soon as possible, as there may be a reserve list.

Any changes or updates to this process will be posted on the website.   If relevant please notify those not on the internet.

You are advised that, under NHS Test and Trace guidelines we are required to hold your name and contact details for a period of 21 days after the service you attend.   You will have to consent to this.   You may still attend a service if you do not consent – but we are required to record your yes/no consent.

What to expect when you attend a service

The church services will be different from those we normally experience, eg: no singing is allowed, nor sharing the Peace.

A sheet outlining what you can expect when you attend a service will be available shortly.

Please bear with us as we try to work out a system which is fair to all.

We will keep these arrangements under constant review and let you know of any changes in due course.   We are learning as we go along!
